Mediations Services

Our main focus in facilitating mediation is helping individuals, businesses, and communities navigate through conflicts and disputes in a structured and controlled environment, promoting positive communication, understanding, and resolution.

At CCRE, we understand that conflicts can be stressful and potentially damaging, and we firmly believe that they can also serve as a catalyst for change, growth, and improved relationships. Mediation services aim to transform conflicts into opportunities, fostering improved communication, mutual understanding, and effective problem-solving.

The mediators are trained in a variety of dispute resolution techniques, applying them in accordance with the nature and intensity of the conflict. They work impartially with all parties involved, creating a safe and confidential space for open discussion. The mediators guide the dialogue, ensuring that each party’s viewpoints are heard and understood, facilitating the negotiation process towards a mutually beneficial resolution.

We facilitate mediation services across a wide array of sectors, including church settings, workplace conflicts, community issues, and more. Regardless of the complexity of the situation, the mediators approach each case with the utmost dedication and tact, ensuring an equitable process.

At CCRE, the mediation process is flexible and adaptable to suit your unique needs. We work around your schedule, and mediation can be conducted face-to-face, via telephone, or through online platforms, ensuring accessibility and convenience.

We firmly believe that mediation is a powerful tool for conflict resolution that enables you to take control of your situation, providing a quicker, cost-effective, and less adversarial alternative to court proceedings. It’s not just about resolving the immediate conflict; it’s about equipping you with the skills and understanding to navigate future disagreements constructively.

At CCRE, we’re committed to guiding you towards resolution and reconciliation. Trust us to facilitate your journey from conflict to resolution, fostering understanding, collaboration, and growth. Experience the empowerment of resolving disputes through mediation and build stronger relationships, today and in the future.

Easy Steps To Conflict Resolution

Initial Consultation

The process begins with an initial consultation where the mediator meets with the conflicted parties, either together or individually, to understand the nature and context of the conflict. This session helps set the ground rules for respectful communication and defines the scope and goals of the mediation.

Facilitated Dialogue

The mediator guides the parties through a structured conversation, encouraging them to express their feelings, needs, and perspectives. Through active listening and constructive communication, the mediator helps parties gain a better understanding of each other's positions and uncover common ground.

Agreement and Resolution

In the final stage, the mediator assists the parties in crafting a mutually agreeable resolution. This agreement should address the concerns and needs of all parties, aiming for a win-win situation. The mediator ensures that the agreement is clear, realistic, and that all parties are committed to adhering to it.

Let's make things better together.

CCRE Europe seeks to consistently deliver high-quality services, grounded in the principles of respect, empathy, and mutual understanding.

The emphasis placed on effective listening skills as part of the Mediation Training Course was most helpful. Improving this strength leads to more effective questions being asked by the Mediator which in turn often leads to a positive outcome for the affected parties

The Advance Mediation training has been instrumental in giving me the skills to understand the role of a mediator, namely to be a facilitator and not a solution giver. I also learnt that people need to be heard and mediation creates a safe space where this can take place.
